Stayed for one night, check in was smooth, need to prepare deposit of THB 1000 or MYR200.00. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and i am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room + bathroom. just a 2 min walking distance to Central Hatyai, very convenient indeed. There was also plenty of car park, so those who driving should not have any problem. Refrigerator, kettle and hair dryer provided in the room. Easy to get Bolt / GRAB. I am really recommending this hotel to those who preferred to stay nearby to Central Hatyai.

Room for 2 quite spacey. The bathroom was so clean. They provide only mineral water no caffeine drinks in the room but they will prepare free coffee and biscuits in a common room every morning during the stay. No iron provided you'll have to rent it.

Good stay. But please change the curtain to fully blackout and resist heat. Too bright and hot during sunny day. Customer service, facilities, 🔛🔝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location strategic, next to the Hat Yai biggest mall, ie. Central Festival Hat Yai. They have a Common Room at level 2, & the coffee machine runs from 6am - 12pm, but the Common Room itself open 24 hours, you can use the Microwave to heat up the food from 7-11. Overall, it's a great affordable hotel.

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. I also really enjoyed the food; it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is located next to Central Hatyai mall. The room is spacious and clean. They also have microwave and tables for you to enjoy your meal at level 1. The only downside is the hotel requires a THB 1000 cash deposit upon arrival per room.
